Who We Are

AMG group was established in 1955 by the late Ahmed Mohamed Ghaly when he founded “The International Company for Starch Materials”. AMG Group consists of three companies, International Company for Starch Materials, Emanz for Starch and Food and Arabic Will for Trade and Distribution. It all started when AMG began the production of industrial starch for spinning and weaving companies in both the private and public sectors. After the company headquarters was moved to El-Obour industrial zone both “The International Company for Starch and Food” and “Emanz for Starch and Food” were merged to form “Emanz for Starch and Edible Oils”. Arabic Will for Industry and Trade was established in 2003 and is specialized in the fields of import, export, trade, agencies and distribution of raw materials which goes to both the food and industrial sectors.

AMG group boasts more than half a century of experience where we have succeeded to cement a strong position in the Egyptian Market by providing starch ingredients to meet the market needs in both the food and industrial sectors. What We Do.

As mentioned before, AMG Group acts as the sole agent and distributor for worldwide companies in the Egyptian market. Major countries supplying the raw materials include:
Malaysia & Indonesia – Main source for palm oil (raw material) ,Chile ,Poland ,Ukraine ,India
AMG group then provides these raw materials to both the food and chemical industries in Egypt. A factory, with a monthly production capacity of 15,000 tonnes, is operational to further process and modify the materials for the production of final edible products.
